I am part of the Center for Empirical Labor Economics at FAIR. My research lies between labor economics, public economics and gender inequality. I study how social environments, family background and public policy shape gender differences in labor market outcomes, family formation and caregiving behavior.

Before my PhD I was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the AXA Gender Lab at Bocconi University. I obtained my Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Bocconi University.
