I am a PhD Research Scholar in Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH),
where I am part of the Center for Empirical Labor Economics at FAIR.
My research interest lies in between labor, public economics, and gender inequalities. I study how social environments, family background and public policy shape gender differences in labor market outcomes, family formation and caregiving behavior.
Previously I was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the Axa Gender Lab at Bocconi University, I obtained my Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Bocconi University.
