I am a PhD Research Scholar in Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
My research interest lies in between labor, public economics, and gender inequalities.
In particular I focus on economic and social inequalities, examining how labor market structures and public policies shape long-term disparities. Currently, I investigate how early-life factors, education, fertility decisions, and market forces influence wage inequalities differently for men and women, with future projects aiming to explore intersections between labor market participation, socioeconomic background, and fertility outcomes.
Previously I was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the Axa Gender Lab at Bocconi University, I obtained my Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Bocconi University.
